George Hopkins: Driving Success in Additive Manufacturing
After graduating from Swansea University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering with Management, George Hopkins embarked on a rewarding career in the manufacturing sector. Starting at Delphi Diesel Systems, he ascended through various roles that ranged from 24-hour manufacturing support to research and development in lean Six Sigma manufacturing environments. In 2012, George took his expertise to HiETA Technologies, a pioneering metal additive manufacturing start-up. His numerous contributions played a pivotal role in the company’s growth, including the design and development of state-of-the-art additive manufacturing facilities. George then founded Carew Ltd, offering a range of additive manufacturing solutions across diverse sectors.
Will Boult: A Testament to Engineering and Manufacturing Excellence
Will Boult, a seasoned Chartered Mechanical Engineer, has had an illustrious career marked by innovation and a relentless enthusiasm for getting things right. With his foundational experience at Bendix Heavy Goods Systems, Will deepened his passion for engineering and manufacturing. His journey led him to Norgren, where he held multiple roles culminating in being the Director of Engineering for the Vehicle Technologies group. As an independent consultant since 2009, Will has significantly impacted over seventy small businesses in areas ranging from project delivery to strategic planning in the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
