Domin’s journey involved merging operations from three different sites, across two countries, into a single unified facility. They needed a space that not only catered to their present requirements but also was versatile enough for potential expansion. Given their swift growth trajectory, Domin was on the lookout for a dependable partner, one that could seamlessly integrate and contribute without needing much guidance. 

The Solution

Our collaboration with Domin kickstarted in early 2022, initially as consultants. As the year progressed, Carew embraced a more prominent role as the primary contractor, focusing on delivering a facility that could easily adapt to Domin’s growing needs. This end-to-end project stands testament to Carew’s prowess in crafting high-level industrial facilities. By harmoniously blending our expertise with that of our reliable contractor network, we ensured a smooth transition for Domin. 

The Outcome

Throughout our engagement, we worked closely with the Domin team. Our collective efforts guaranteed that they received a cost-efficient and purposeful technology center. After an intensive design phase spanning three months, the transformation was remarkable. In just 12 weeks, what was once an empty space blossomed into a dynamic, adaptable, industrial hub, ready for the Domin team and their state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment.
